Try to build a 7000+ square foot home today with two and one half acres and 250-275 feet of frontage on Lake Champlain for this price. It isn't going to happen with all the features this home offers. It even has a two car garage and a "lakeside" cabana or "bunkhouse". Even updating, which of course it needs in some areas, you still couldn't do it. A lot alone in this area would be difficult to come by.
